Contract Administrator – Offshore Wind Project (IAC Package) – Paris

Location : Paris, France

About the Role

We are seeking a Contract Adminsitrator to support a major offshore wind project based in Paris, specifically within the Inter-Array Cables (IAC) package . You will be responsible for managing contractual aspects throughout the package lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, mitigating risks, and optimizing commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for the IAC scope.
  • Ensure contract compliance and manage claims, variations, and disputes.
  • Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support procurement and commercial teams in contract-related matters.
  • Monitor contractual performance and ensure alignment with project and package objectives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to safeguard project interests.
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting on contractual activities.

Profile

  • Education : Degree in Law, Business, or Engineering.
  • Experience : 5+ years in contract management, preferably in offshore wind, energy, or infrastructure projects. Experience with cable supply and installation contracts is a strong asset.
  • Skills : Strong negotiation, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Languages : Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Tools : Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office.
