Our success is driven by strong leadership, innovation, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Paris operations. In this role, you will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across warehousing and distribution functions. You will work cross-functionally to implement lean methodologies, optimize processes, and drive impactful projects that align with our strategic objectives.

If you are passionate about operational excellence, data analysis, and lean thinking, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Analyze warehousing and distribution workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • Lean Project Implementation: Lead and execute lean improvement projects using tools such as value stream mapping, root cause analysis, 5S, and Kaizen.
  • Business Analysis & Cost Control: Collect and evaluate operational cost and revenue data to identify drivers of profitability and recommend improvement actions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs across operational teams to ensure continuous performance improvement and accountability.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end warehousing and distribution projects, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and delivery within deadlines and quality standards.
  • Data Analysis & Evaluation: Use data analytics tools to assess project outcomes and efficiency, visualize key insights, and provide decision-making support to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as IT, Finance, Transportation, and Systems to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with broader business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or project management—preferably in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
  • Solid knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable impact and ROI.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required. Mandarin and French are a plus.

Desirable Experience

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt or higher).
  • Familiarity with WMS, TMS, or ERP systems.
  • Experience in a multinational logistics or e-commerce environment.

Why Join JD Logistics?

  • Contribute to the growth of a global logistics leader.
  • Work in a dynamic, data-driven, and innovation-focused environment.
  • Be part of a collaborative culture that values process excellence.
  • Develop your career through meaningful projects and international exposure.
