Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme en ingénierie, une certification Lean et au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie agro-alimentaire. Le rôle implique le développement de programmes d'amélioration et la collaboration avec différents départements pour optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle.

Qualifications

• 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie agro-alimentaire et/ou le maltage.
• Expérience significative en fabrication lean.
• Compétences en reporting et outils d'analyse.

Acteur mondial, le groupe MALTEUROP produit 2,3 millions de tonnes de malt fabriqué dans ses 23 usines à travers le monde (Europe, Amérique du Nord, Mexique, Océanie, Asie). Une bière sur 10 consommées dans le monde contient du malt fabriqué dans nos usines. Poste :

The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Key missions :

• Develop, implement, and manage continuous improvement programs and projects.
• Identify and analyze areas for process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and identify trends.
• Develop and implement standardized work processes and procedures.
• Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Benchmark best practices and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure that improvement initiatives align with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Manage change effectively to ensure successful implementation of improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments, including production, quality, and maintenance, to achieve organizational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define, analyze, and improve processes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement tools and techniques.

Profil :

To join our team, you:

• Have a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanics, Manufacturing.
• Hold a certification in Lean Management and have experience in its application.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the agrifood industry and/or malting.
• Significant experience in lean manufacturing and application of lean tools.
• Have successful transversal and managerial experience with international exposure.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and the local language (written and spoken). Additional languages may be advantageous.
• IT skills: Microsoft Office, GMOA, GPAO, ERP, SAP would be a plus. Reporting and analysis tools experience is also beneficial.
