What you will do:
This is a senior leadership role charged with leading the Continental Europe FC Investigations (FCI) function. The role works closely with the FC Investigations colleagues across the bank to manage the effective delivery of FC Investigations for the Continental Europe markets. This role is involved in decision making and providing expertise to Financial Crime Detection teams as well as Transaction Monitoring (TM), FCI Change projects and overseeing the delivery of all investigations and analytical outputs, including controls management and the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the function, senior stakeholder engagement, and providing coordination to HBCE Investigations teams. The jobholder has a significant role to play in supporting the growth and optimal performance of the CoE in India as well as our supporting Global Service Center in Krakow and embedding TM Operations in Investigations.
