As a Content Product Manager, you will be the bridge between content strategy, listener engagement, and business outcomes. You will combine data analysis, user insights, and industry knowledge to inform and optimize our content strategy. Your role will focus on driving engagement, retention, and enterprise growth through strategic content decisions.

You will work closely with Content, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand what content resonates with our audience, uncover opportunities to improve content discoverability, and ensure our content strategy aligns with broader product and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Insights & Content Performance:
  • Analyze listening data to understand what content resonates with audiences and why.
  • Track content engagement metrics (completion rates, drop-offs, listening trends) and segment the audience to identify high-value groups.
  • Validate or challenge anecdotal feedback from Sales, CS, and Compliance with data.
  • Define KPIs for content success and measure the impact of content changes on listener behaviour and business outcomes.
  • Run experiments on content formats, episode lengths, and titles to maximize engagement.
  • Present insights regularly to stakeholders to drive data-informed content decisions.
Research, Feedback & Communication:
  • Conduct user interviews and meet with L&D teams to uncover insights and value drivers.
  • Share these insights with the Content team to help build customer empathy with the team.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to make content recommendations.
  • Partner with the marketing and product teams to communicate content updates to customers.
  • Create and maintain an internal resource for frequently asked content questions.
  • Support marketing in creating industry and market specific collateral for sales and customer success teams.
Strategic Content Roadmapping & Discovery:
  • Partner with the Content team to prioritize topics based on data and business goals. For example, what content is needed to enter new markets.
  • Align content strategy with the product roadmap to improve content discoverability and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how content is surfaced to increase listener engagement.
Who You Are:
  • CPA designation strongly preferred – Deep understanding of the accounting industry and CPD or CPE requirements.
  • Data-Driven – Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and uncover actionable insights.
  • Strategic Thinker – Experience synthesizing multiple data sources and making strategic recommendations.
  • Strong Communicator – Ability to present insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative – Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
  • Curious and Insightful – Comfortable conducting user research and extracting key insights from conversations.
  • Results-Oriented – Focused on driving engagement, retention, and business outcomes through content strategy.
  • Systems Thinker – You are comfortable (and excited!) by the thought of building scalable systems from scratch.

If you think your experience is most of the way, there we’d still love to meet you!
