Do you have a EU passport Are you a natural leader with a passion for online safety and team performance Do you speak English fluently along with Greek Czech French or Polish Were looking for a dedicated Team Leader to manage a content moderation team on-site in Sofia Bulgaria .

As a Team Leader youll oversee daily operations coach your team to excellence and help ensure that user-generated content aligns with community guidelines and platform policies. If youre ready to grow your leadership career in a multicultural environment - this opportunity is for you.

Location : Sofia Bulgaria (On-site)

EU Passport required

Languages : English (Fluent) One of the following : Greek Czech French or Polish

Role Type : Full-time

Schedule : 8-hour rotational shifts (00 : 00-00 : 00) Monday-Sunday

What Youll Do :

  • Lead a team of content moderators ensuring performance targets and quality standards are met
  • Support team development through coaching 1 : 1s and regular feedback sessions
  • Monitor team KPIs manage schedules and handle escalations
  • Serve as a point of contact between operations and client teams
  • Help maintain a safe and compliant online environment by enforcing moderation policies
  • Foster a positive inclusive and productive team culture
