Guideflow is seeking a Marketing and Content Manager to build and own our marketing strategy with a focus on content creation and management. Based in Paris, with occasional remote work, you’ll have direct impact and creative freedom as one of the first marketing hires in a fast-growing startup.

The role covers editorial planning, content distribution, and brand storytelling across channels. Immediate start and collaboration with Growth for sales enablement are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on content creation.
• High writing and editing skills in English.
• Proven track record in developing and executing content strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy including LinkedIn posts, blog posts, customer stories and case studies
• Create and manage an editorial calendar that aligns with our marketing objectives
• Drive our brand voice and storytelling across all marketing channels
• Produce high-quality written and visual content that resonates with our target audience
• Manage our blog and social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement
• Develop and execute SEO-optimized content to increase our organic visibility
• Plan and create content for industry tradeshows and events
• Collaborate with the Growth team to create sales enablement materials
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize our strategy
• Manage relationships with freelance writers and content creators
