Favikon, a global platform in the creator economy, seeks a Head of Content intern to shape creative strategy, publish content rhythm, and ghostwrite for founders. You’ll develop newsletters, manage social output, and transform creator data into shareable rankings and reports.

You’ll contribute to events, Le Centile, and creator club activities across six cities, gaining direct exposure to the founders with growth potential to a permanent role.

Qualifications

• You are in a Master's or final year and can obtain a convention de stage.
• You write in English at a native or near-native level; French is helpful but not required.
• You spend substantial time on LinkedIn and TikTok and have opinions about what you see.

Responsabilités

• Manage the newsletter: research, drafting, and timely send-out.
• Handle social content on LinkedIn first, then short-form on Instagram and TikTok.
• Ghostwrite for founders and team members.
• Turn creator data into shareable formats: rankings, mini-reports, charts.
• Support Creator Content Lead on video from scripting to CapCut edits.
• Create content around events and Le Centile creator club across six cities.
• Monitor creator economy trends and advise on what matters.

Job Description

Our Head of Content owns creative strategy: what we say, where we say it, and how it sounds. You'll be the second pair of hands on that, and the person who makes the publishing rhythm actually hold.

Concretely, Over Six Months You'd Be Involved In

• The newsletter: research, drafting, and the unglamorous work of making sure it goes out on time
• Social, LinkedIn first, then short-form on Instagram and TikTok. Writing, scheduling, replying, watching what lands
• Ghostwriting for the founders and a few members of the team
• Turning our creator data into things people want to share: rankings, mini-reports, charts, lists
• Supporting our Creator Content Lead on video, from scripting through to the last CapCut pass
• Content around our events and our creator club, Le Centile, which runs dinners in six cities this season
• Watching the creator economy closely and telling us what matters: who's raising, what's launching, which platform just changed its rules

You'll publish in week one. That's not a promise of a gentle onboarding, it's just how we work.

Preferred Experience

• You're in a Master's or your final year and can get a convention de stage
• You write in English at a native or near-native level. French helps but isn't required
• You spend an unreasonable amount of time on LinkedIn and TikTok, and you have opinions about what you see there
• You have something to show us. A newsletter, a TikTok account, a student paper, a Notion page, a thread that did numbers. Volume and polish matter less than taste
• You're comfortable with Notion, Canva or Figma, CapCut, and whichever AI tools you've made part of your process

What we don't need

a marketing degree, agency experience, or a cover letter that tells us we're a leading player in our sector.
