Responsibilities

• Engage in impactful short-term projects to gain real-world experience.
• Learn on the job in a fast-paced environment and deepen career interests.
• Commit to a minimum of 3 months internship period.
• Support creator operations via internal platforms, including outreach and incentive configuration.
• Identify and shape the Affiliate Program strategy to drive creator/content supply and GMV growth.
• Collaborate with cross-function teams to improve creator experience and create opportunities such as online/offline campaigns, brand collaborations, and product launches.
• Deliver performance reports and insights by diagnosing audience conversion metrics of creator commerce content.
