Vous serez responsable de créer des messages stratégiques pour soutenir la visibilité de la marque tout en travaillant dans un environnement international dynamique. Qualifications

  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en tant que Content Manager.
  • Formation en littérature ou en journalisme.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multinational.

The communication team is transforming to be further more impact driven and is therefore looking for his/her next Content Manager.

Do you combine a journalistic mindset with a talent for producing sharp, strategic content?

As a Content Manager, you lead our editorial strategy and oversee content production across multiple channels and formats including strategic messaging. This is a key role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced international environment to produce punctual or ongoing content.

Strategic storyline & Corporate messaging: You contribute to identifying the best messages to highlight Geopost’s unique value proposition and avenues for its development strategy to nurture all Corporate communications platforms throughout the year (events, interviews, thought leadership, publications, annual reports, equity story, financial releases...). You produce or adjust regularly key content pieces.

Content factory: You animate the Editorial committee and other governance meetings, define the content roadmap, manage production timelines, oversee interviews and insight sources to ensure high-quality and on-brand deliverables. Working closely with internal teams (communications, marketing, HR, sales, sustainability, operations, innovation... but also our BU contributors) and managing our external content agency, the Content Manager plays a central part in amplifying our voice and value via a consistent, engaging and impact-driven editorial & content strategy.

You are a key player of the communication team, reporting to the external communication and content manager, and collaborating with every team: internal team, digital team, commercial brand team…

Your missions :

  • Develop and implement a consistent, impactful editorial strategy across all owned channels, based on the proposals made by our partner agency.
  • Manage end-to-end content production (text articles, videos, infographics…): from planning to briefing, editing, approval and publication, briefing & interviews included.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders of the communication team and other departments at HQ level, and on the ground (with our various subsidiaries, and possibly externally to identify content opportunities and gather key inputs / insight.
  • Lead the relationship with our content agency, ensuring quality, consistency, and timelines.
  • Draft and edit original written content in English (and/or French exceptionally), depending on the needs and channels, to complete the flow which is owned by the agency.
  • Monitor performance and adjust content approaches as needed.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and cross-functional projects of the communication team

Who we are looking for:

Initial training:

  • Literature with or Literary preparatory class
  • Degree in journalism/media and / or communications school with writing specialization in editorial & content;

Interpersonal skills:

  • Capacity to embrace the “big picture”, appetite for technical, business, marketing & corporate environments
  • Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills

Required experience:

  • 5 to 10 years in a position of Content manager in an editorial agency and / or within a communications or marketing team working for internal and / or external communications.

Skills :

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities; you know how to drive processes and respect deadlines, whilst showing an agile mindset when need to switch from one idea to another quickly if required.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Curious, open-minded, and willing to deep-dive into a new sector or subject matter.
  • Proactive and hands-on — someone who gets things done and brings ideas to life.
