YOUR MISSION AS CONTENT LOCALISATION MANAGER

Drive Kolsquare's global growth by ensuring our content and platform speak the language and the culture of every market we touch.

YOUR SCOPE AS LOCALISATION PROJECT MANAGER

Reporting to the SEO & Content Manager, you will collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams, as well as external freelancers (copywriters and designers). You will lead the charge in making Kolsquare feel local everywhere, blending strategy, language, and culture to power global expansion.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all localised content, whether for the platform, website, reports, or marketing campaigns, is accurate, qualitative, and aligned with local SEO and market strategies. You will oversee content localisation efforts for existing markets and support the launch of new languages and local cultures.

Your main responsibilities:

  1. Content localisation: Manage and coordinate the localisation of all content across international markets, including blog articles, whitepapers, success stories, newsletters, landing pages, and social media assets. Ensure translations align with local SEO strategies and market nuances.
  2. Copywriter management: Oversee a pool of local copywriters (freelancers or agencies) by providing detailed briefs to ensure content is SEO-optimized, market-appropriate, and aligned with the overall strategy.
  3. Paid Ads Localisation: Work closely with the Growth Manager to adapt paid ad messaging for optimal resonance in each market.
  4. Content publication: Ensure all localised content is published seamlessly via Webflow, maintaining an organised structure that supports the content strategy.
  5. Tone of voice & brand alignment: Uphold Kolsquare's tone of voice and writing guidelines across all markets, ensuring consistency in every piece of content.
  6. Product Localisation: Ensure the platform is accurately localised and culturally relevant. Adapt communications for new product features.
  7. Process management: Set up and optimise processes to streamline collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, improving efficiency and the quality of localisation efforts.

THIS JOB IS TAILORED FOR YOU IF:

  1. You have 4+ years experience in content localisation, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a tech, SaaS or B2B environment.
  2. Solid understanding of SEO strategies and their application to content localisation.
  3. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment focused on driving organic traffic and lead generation.
  4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and markets.
  5. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  6. Deep understanding of local culture and language nuances.
  7. Experience managing copywriters and working with external agencies.
  8. Proficiency in CMS platforms (preferably Webflow) for content publication.
  9. A team player who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.
  10. Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
  11. You are fluent in English (compulsory) and at least one other Kolsquare language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Danish, Swedish; every other language is a plus).

Kolsquare is an on-demand work from home company, with a head office in Paris, France. You will have access to our coworking network Spaces in 400+ cities in the world, and we will gather physically on a monthly and quarterly basis with other Kolsquarians for great team building events.
