OLIVER France is strengthening the internal creative studio of one of its clients, a large international group in hygiene and personal care. You will be responsible for creating culturally anchored content across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, emerging platforms) to promote our Personal Care brands and engage our communities more deeply. This role is ideal if you have a strong aesthetic sense, obsession with social media trends, and a keen interest in the personal care universe (skincare, haircare, deodorants, oral care, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and create platform-specific content to connect our brands with major cultural moments in real-time.
  2. Produce versatile assets adaptable across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
  3. Lead the creation of reactive content to place brands at the heart of conversations and trends.
  4. Collaborate with analytics/Gen AI teams to optimize content performance and streamline production processes.
  5. Transform brand guidelines into lively content that authentically and naturally integrates into each platform.
  6. Develop storytelling and visual universe for Personal Care brands, inspired by best practices from other sectors.
  7. Anticipate platform algorithm changes and new format emergence to stay ahead.
  8. Deliver assets that regularly surpass industry engagement standards.

Profile sought:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a creative agency or internal studio, ideally working with personal care or FMCG brands.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong content creation expertise and ability to utilize all platform-specific techniques and features.
  • Deep knowledge of platforms (Instagram, TikTok, emerging platforms) and how brands can leverage them effectively.
  • Proactive creative, solution-oriented, capable of identifying content creation opportunities.
  • Sensitive to popular culture, able to understand and capitalize on trends.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects) and editing software.
  • Team player: positive, collaborative, good listener.
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
