Reporting directly to our founders, you will be responsible for the operations of the company's Consulting team (70% of the company's turnover).

The Consulting BU provides on-site engineering and consulting services. It has more than 250 consultants available to key clients in the sector.

Votre main responsabilités
  • Strategic: Execute the BU's strategy, aligned with the company's objectives and ambitions. Develop commercial activity by expanding the portfolio and opening international branches.
  • Operational & Financial Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Ensure service quality: talent acquisition (in conjunction with the sourcing team), on-site staffing, performance, deadlines, etc. Manage the team of consultants (mentoring, evaluations, development, etc.) and KAMs. Manage the budget and steer the BU's financial performance. Optimize resource allocation and recruitment.
  • Customer relationship management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients.
  • Business development: Lead sales efforts based on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Profil recherché

With a 5 / 6-year degree (business school, engineering school, or university), you have over 10 years of experience in consulting.

For example, you currently work for a large service company (software engineering company) or consulting firm, ideally in the energy sector (oil and gas, renewable energies, etc.) or other sectors (IT, aerospace, rail, life sciences, automotive, naval, etc.).

We will be attentive to your ability to set up a process-oriented culture and to understand complex market issues (trends, regulations, technological advances, etc.).

You are known for your sense of commitment to your clients and colleagues.

You have demonstrated your leadership skills and sense of responsibility, both individually and collectively.

Knowledge of the renewable energy or marine energy sector is not essential, but an interest in this market and an understanding of the main contemporary issues is obviously a real plus.

You are fluent in written and spoken English. French and Italian are a plus.
