The Role

As a Consultant, you will be a member of our Professional Services organization working with our Commercial Content products that form part of Veeva's Commercial Cloud, including Veeva PromoMats and Digital Asset Management (DAM). Your responsibilities will include understanding our customers' business needs, translating requirements into solution designs, configuring applications, and ensuring excellent project delivery on time and within budget.

What You'll Do

1. Implement content management platforms for the life sciences industry.
2. Lead business process discovery and application design workshops.
3. Translate complex client process requirements into workable solution designs.
4. Oversee solution build, testing, and deployment.
5. Create process documentation and project deliverables.
6. Plan and establish post-go-live activities, including ongoing support.
7. Provide subject matter expertise in Veeva's Commercial Content applications and define their integration into customer software ecosystems.

Requirements

1. 5 years of experience in consulting, project management, account management, or equivalent.
2. Experience working with life science customers (pharma, medical device, consumer health, etc.).
3. Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and create solution designs.
4. Experience working with various customer roles, stakeholders, and delivery partners, ensuring high-quality solutions.
5. Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and distributed environment.
6. Ability to travel as required.
7. Fluency in English.
8. Candidate must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with regulated content management systems like Veeva Vault, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, Vodori, etc.
2. Experience with DAM tools such as Aprimo, Adobe, Bynder, Box, etc.
3. Experience with CRM tools like Veeva CRM, Salesforce.
4. Understanding of Claims DAM, Modular Content, MLR review, and European regulatory requirements (e.g., ABPI, ANSM, AIFA).
5. Knowledge of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation (e.g., GxP, GcP).
6. Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
7. Experience with product presales, solution consulting, or engagement management.
8. Fluency in Italian, French, or German.
