As a Consultant for Veeva Systems, you will participate in and lead business process due diligence, design, creation, and documentation of end-user requirements for new and existing customer CRM application implementation projects with pharma and consumer health organizations. You will assist in the on-time, high-quality delivery of Veeva Systems solution implementations built on the Vault platform. Additionally, you will manage migrations of Veeva customer environments from the SFDC platform to the Veeva Vault platform. The ability to travel domestically and internationally is required.

What You'll Do

• Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation projects, autonomously covering assigned roles (such as project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, stream lead)
• Lead client workshops and meetings independently, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills in required languages
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise to our Customers and Partners, offering guidelines and best practices, and articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Collaborate proactively on internal initiatives and projects
• Coach Consultants or Junior resources, leading by example and providing necessary support

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in roles such as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, or Solution Architect
• At least 1 year of CRM implementation experience
• Experience working with Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organizations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to travel approximately 15%
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Relevant certifications and implementation experience
• Veeva certification and implementation experience
