We are Altavia Wetail, an agency specializing in impactful activation and high-performing productions. Our agency belongs to the Altavia group, the world's leading network dedicated to marketing services for retail for over 40 years. As part of our Digital Marketing Department organization, we are looking for a

Your role :

Integrated within the Digital Marketing Department and reporting to the Department Manager, you define SEO strategies aligned with clients' commercial objectives (qualified traffic, conversions, notoriety) and incorporate SEO into commercial activation campaigns (product launches, promotional offers, etc.).

You also oversee SEO performance by defining and monitoring KPIs (organic traffic, rankings, conversion rates, bounce rates) and regularly reporting to clients and internal teams.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing client websites and proposing improvements for their positioning.
• Conducting regular SEO audits and suggesting technical and content improvements.
• Working closely with web writers to implement SEO strategies.
• Analyzing and understanding search engine trends and their influence on traffic generation.
• Analyzing data related to SEO traffic acquisition.
• Identifying and selecting strategic and relevant keywords.
• Managing the link-building strategy and acquiring quality backlinks.
• Maintaining good client relationships and developing the portfolio.

What you need to successfully perform these tasks:

• Enjoy project management and teamwork.
• Be an expert in SEO (technical expertise). Having a good understanding of SEO content is a real asset.
• Have strong client relationship skills (diplomacy, understanding, adaptability).
• Be curious: stay constantly updated on the sector and digital practices related to SEO research.
• Have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in the field.

The environment :

Located two steps from Lille Flandres station, the ALTAVIA WETAIL offices occupy three floors of a building from the 1930s. Windows and green plants punctuate the workspaces, which are sometimes open-plan and sometimes semi-enclosed. The friendly space on the top floor offers a terrace, perfect for lunch breaks!
