Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion des activités d'approvisionnement, en collaborant étroitement avec les parties prenantes pour développer des plans d'approvisionnement stratégiques. Vous apporterez votre expertise en négociation et en gestion des relations pour garantir que les objectifs commerciaux sont atteints. Qualifications

Procurement Senior Buyer IT Infrastructure – Banking Client – Brussels

Duration : 1 year freelance contractor

4 days onsite in a month is Mandatory

The main objectives of the IT Purchasing team you will join are to help our stakeholders to materialize their digital transformation program.

To achieve this, we capture needs and elaborate sourcing category plans, deploying them with differentiated sourcing approaches depending on the situation. We leverage our supplier market and network to ensure business and strategic objectives are met.

In addition to traditional procurement activities, we strive to ensure the following two key dimensions are met:

• My client, being a key European market infrastructure, plays a role in maintaining a SAFE Supply Chain for our Customers, Stakeholders, and Suppliers: due diligence, gatekeeper on cloud, outsourcing, critical services providers, etc.
• We aim to develop ourselves as individuals and as a team to cope with today’s complexity, acting as trusted advisors bringing INSIGHT from individual knowledge and collective intelligence best practices.

Role & Responsibilities:

• You will support the Senior Category Manager with the elaboration of the category sourcing plan, collecting blueprints, visions, needs, and contractual extensions needed for your area of responsibility.
• You will lead and handle the related sourcing activities from the collection of needs up to the issuance of the PO to the selected supplier, including the redaction of the RFP, stakeholder management, offer analysis, negotiations, contract setup, risk assessment guidance, and providing insights.
• You will work in a team in the infrastructure area with potential supervision over buyers for extension activities.
• You will share your experience and vision with SC teams and stakeholders to contribute to a continuous improvement philosophy.
• You will collect feedback from stakeholders, detect unaddressed needs, and identify opportunities for collaboration by raising awareness of sourcing/supply chain risks.
• You will adhere to and contribute to the key values of the IT Procurement Team: autonomy, responsibility, collaboration, fun, and respect.

Required Qualifications:

• You have worked for more than 5 years in the IT infrastructure (Hardware and Software) sourcing industry and have proven experience working with senior management.
• You have working knowledge of every part of the infrastructure industry: players, trends, drivers, TCO components, strategy of major players, etc.
• You have a solid track record in major negotiations around infrastructure: Mainframe, Tandem, Storage, DC strategy implementation, IAAS, PAAS, etc.
• You can tackle autonomously all types of sourcing requirements and provide global & pragmatic recommendations adapted to the project context with little guidance.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• You communicate clearly and maintain positive professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• You have strong organizational awareness and sensitivity.

Good to Have:

• Experience in the Financial Services industry and understanding of the complex regulatory environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of post-trade market infrastructures (e.g., CSD) and relevant experience with Agile operating models and frameworks are extra assets.
• Rates depend on experience and client requirements.
