We are seeking a Senior Consultant (H/F) to strengthen our 'Digital & Marketing' expertise, focusing on 'Customer Experience' and/or 'Digital Transformation' projects. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Serving as a senior consultant for clients across various sectors and/or leading proposed initiatives
• Participating in bid responses
• Creating publications and events for clients (focus, benchmark, webinars, etc.)
• Conducting research on these topics
• Promoting Square Management’s views on 'Customer Experience' internally

Internally, you will:

• Contribute to bid responses in your specialty
• Produce expert content (podcasts, articles, interviews, round tables) for the 'Digital & Marketing' domain
• Engage in initiatives within your communities and R&D programs
• Benefit from specialized training programs in Digital & Marketing and online courses across the group's expertise

Requirements include:

• A Bac+5 degree from business school, engineering school, or university
• At least 4 years of professional experience as a consultant or internal staff on topics like Customer Experience and/or Digital Transformation, including strategy, customer journeys, service commitments, Product Management, SAFe implementation
• Strong organizational skills, commitment, team spirit, and shared values with Square
• Fluent English proficiency
