Job Description:

The firm delivers technology-led performance management and financial transformation solutions, and is expanding its capability to meet growing client demand for OneStream implementations. This role is suitable for an experienced consultant or solution lead with strong technical and functional knowledge of the OneStream platform, especially in financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead or contribute to the delivery of OneStream implementation projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, build, testing, and deployment.
2. Translate complex finance processes into scalable and maintainable OneStream applications.
3. Configure and develop OneStream components such as business rules, cube structures, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
4. Engage with clients to gather and analyse requirements related to consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
5. Support data integration, mapping, and transformation from source systems to OneStream.
6. Participate in user training, testing, documentation, and post-implementation support.
7. Collaborate with internal teams including architects, developers, and project managers to ensure quality delivery.
8. Stay current with OneStream product updates and contribute to developing internal standards and methodologies.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience delivering OneStream solutions in a consulting or systems implementation capacity.
2. Understanding of financial processes such as consolidation, reporting, intercompany eliminations, and planning.
3. Hands-on configuration skills in OneStream, including business rules, extensible dimensions, and workflow automation.
4. Background in finance, accounting, or financial systems consulting.
5. Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate with dispersed teams.
6. Experience engaging with finance stakeholders and translating business needs into technical specifications.
7. Familiarity with EPM/CPM tools; experience with Hyperion, SAP BPC, or similar tools is advantageous.
8. Professional fluency in English; additional European languages are beneficial but not essential.
