About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Pricing Software Implementation Consultant to join our fast-growing Customer Excellence / Expert Services team. As a Consultant, you will advise our customers on transforming their service and after-sales business into a competitive advantage.

What would you do?

  1. Design and document end-to-end business processes based on Syncron’s best practices and standard software solutions.
  2. Set up Syncron’s solutions to enable customer value, in collaboration with the Solution Architect.
  3. Configure, test, and optimize business parameters for the best solution fit.
  4. Support end-user adoption of the Syncron solution during UAT testing and provide Super User Training.
  5. Collaborate with Product Management to improve Syncron solutions.

Who you are / What we expect:

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in enterprise software implementations, preferably in Aftermarket or Pricing solutions.
  • Interest in leveraging Information Technology to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to understand and write basic SQL queries.
  • Accountability for customer needs and commitment to delivering excellent results.
  • Ability to understand and document customer requirements.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

The icing on the cake:

  • Experience building business solutions based on standard software.
  • Strong experience in the after-sales domain.
