Boston Consulting Group Paris is seeking a Consultant or Project Leader for its Insurance Practice. You will be a core member, handling end-to-end insurance projects with state-of-the-art strategic approaches and fact-based analyses from strategy to execution.

We value 7 to 12 years of Insurance Risk experience, strong client relationships, and fluency in French and English. You will collaborate with executive teams, drive change, and work across international client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of Insurance Risk experience.
• Experience in insurance with actuarial, risk or finance topics.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships and networking.

What You'll Do

As a Consultant or Project Leader, you will be a core member of our Insurance Practice and will work alongside some of the world's top minds in the area.

To solve our clients' problems, you will be given end-to-end responsibility within significant Insurance related projects. You will develop state-of-the-art strategic approaches and innovative solutions based on thorough fact-based analyses. You will work from strategy to execution, on different Insurance complex matters, in different industries.

For example, you will work to:

• Elaborating new business and in-force strategies for life insurance companies, including designing new products and go-to-market strategy
• Reshaping finance and risk functions for insurance groups
• Supporting insurance groups for their capital management and value creation optimization

What You'll Bring

• Have 7 to 12 years of experience in the Insurance Risk area
• Within your career so far, been able to apply sound knowledge in in Insurance industry with knowledge actuary (technical division of non-life or life division), Risk division or finance topics such as Property & Casualty, Life & Retirement, Health
• Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
• Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
• Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
