In the two-year Operations Excellence Program (OEP), you will engage in client projects, applying problem-solving skills, hypothesis formation, analysis, and recommendations. The program combines on-the-job coaching with structured capability-building, focusing on operations excellence in areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, and process optimization.
