Reporting to the Head of Organization, you will support various business units in implementing the strategy.

As an Internal Consultant, you will work on:

• Organization and Strategy: Participating in implementing the strategic vision, defining business needs, proposing operational models, and supporting innovation integration.
• Methods, Processes, and Change Management: Developing and promoting effective methodologies, leading initiatives, and supporting operational efficiency projects.
• Monitoring and Measurement: Creating reference bases, establishing KPIs, and developing dashboards for operational and strategic oversight.

What environment will you evolve in?

You will join the Organization team, consisting of 3 members, under the supervision of the Organization Manager.

Are you the person to meet this challenge?

With a Master’s degree from a Business School or Engineering School, you have solid experience in similar roles within an organization or consulting firm. Your skills in managing data, synthesizing information, and formalizing ideas are recognized. Excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, adaptability, and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, or managerial coaching are assets.
