You will be welcomed at our Boulogne Billancourt site while collaborating closely with our teams across France. Our training and managerial support programs will help you settle in quickly.

You will work as part of a team to support and advise innovative companies in Health topics (diagnostic/therapeutic, technological/digital, or organizational) on their market access strategy, funding search (public/private, dilutive/non-dilutive, regional/national/european).

Your main missions (as part of project teams) in market positioning, access, and funding research include:

1. Conducting consulting missions (opportunity or market studies, support for technology transfer, business plan drafting, market access strategies, technology valuation, techno-economic and regulatory monitoring, support for business development or funding dossier assembly).
2. Supporting our clients in innovation tax issues (R&D activity analysis, state-of-the-art evaluation, scientific and economic context assessment, project eligibility screening, drafting justificatory files, liaising with R&D teams and administration).
3. Addressing technological and industrial challenges in emerging sectors (point-of-care, e-health, bioinformatics, etc.) by engaging with international experts and opinion leaders.
4. Sharing your knowledge of the life sciences sector with the team.

You will undertake diverse missions, sometimes simultaneously (innovation and company growth funding, innovation marketing, project setup, collaborative project management), in French and/or English.

What evolutions do we offer you?

You will be involved early in commercial support, including drafting proposals and participating in client meetings (scoping, progress, and final presentation with senior decision-makers).

You will be integrated into our skills development plan, which trains on our core consulting skills and knowledge, as well as on the interpersonal skills necessary for our consultants to manage projects and contribute to business development.

With a higher scientific education (biomedical engineer, biotechnologist, or pharmacist), possibly complemented by a Specialized Master’s or MBA, you ideally have some experience in consulting related to innovation (funding and/or strategy).

You are intellectually curious, tech-savvy, and motivated by the interfaces between science and industrial, economic, environmental, and societal development.

You are recognized for your analytical, synthesis, and writing skills, as well as your strong reactivity. Your listening skills and interpersonal qualities ensure client satisfaction.

Proficiency in English is required, preferably bilingual. Knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.

The offered salary will depend on your profile and experience and includes fixed, variable (based on quantitative and qualitative objectives), and benefits (health insurance, provident fund, meal vouchers, profit-sharing agreement, etc.).

The position will be based in Paris intra-muros within 6 months.
