Présentation de l'emploi

Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, renforcer le centre IT Corporate en tant que consultant technico-fonctionnel expérimenté sur le périmètre applicatif corporate (HRIS, QHSE, SUSTAINABILITY) pour assurer le Build et le RUN du portefeuille applicatif avec l'équipe du centre.

Périmètre technico-fonctionnel : cadrer, supporter, déployer les solutions applicatives, assister les fonctions métiers et assurer la maintenance de l'outil.

Périmètre géographique : France et monde. Anglais impératif.

Scope of activities

1. Technical expertise : software deployment (SaaS, On Premise, IaaS ...), manage IT partner (editor, Integrator), unit test (design, deployment and receipt), interface deployment (frame, design, development, architecture, unit test, roll out and receipt), manage IT expert people (dev, cyber, network, ...), data base modeling
2. Tools and technical Knowledge appreciate : Power BI, VB, Workday, Chronos, Payroll and Time Tool, Qual'Net, middleware and data base management, SSO, MFA, VPN ...
3. Advise on optimizing the use of tools and systems in place
4. Describe the user need by defining the “why” of the request and desired changes in the future information system
5. Define the functional solution by describing the proposed solution in specifications responding to user needs
6. Check the consistency of the application and functional architecture and its development
7. Participate in the assessment and selection of a software package
8. Manage the internal (or external) project management responsible for developing the necessary adaptations and taking charge of the stages prior to commissioning
9. Control the acceptance, configuration and production phases
10. Control the quality by verifying that the delivered product corresponds to the need expressed
11. Manage changes while respecting Quality, Cost and Time commitments
12. Be responsible for the delivery of projects by acting as the interface between business and the Project Manager
13. Participate in design of the support plan
14. Functional perimeter : HR, Quality, HSE, Sustainability, Legal, communication
15. Geographic scope : France and worldwide
16. French and English : professional efficient level
