Jobtailor in Île-de-France seeks a Finance Transformation Consultant to support major corporate clients, redesign performance models, and map IT strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve budgeting, reporting, and governance across international entities.

As a business partner, you will optimize financial processes, oversee risk and control frameworks, and drive large-scale transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (DSCG, Master CCA) required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a consulting, audit firm, financial institution, or banking regulator (ACPR, ECB, etc.).
• Knowledge of IFRS, BCBS 239, COREP, FINREP, SURFI, Basel standards and related frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, planning, budgeting, quality planning, and team supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a business school or university, or equivalent qualification such as the French DSCG, Master CCA, or a Master’s degree in Finance


• At least 2 years of experience gained in a consulting or audit firm, financial institution, or banking regulator (ACPR, ECB, etc.)


• Strong knowledge of high-impact national and international reporting requirements and regulations, including IFRS, BCBS 239, COREP, FINREP, SURFI, Basel standards, and related frameworks


• And/or proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including Agile methodology, planning, budget management, quality planning, and team supervision and coordination


• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and organizational abilities


• Fluent in English
