A leading company is seeking a Public Finance Reform Expert to create a pool of consultants to support EU fiscal reforms. This role involves significant strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and policy development to improve fiscal systems across Member States. Candidates should possess a master's degree and extensive experience in public finance reform.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public finance reform or EU policy implementation.
• Expertise in developing policy and institutional frameworks for fiscal oversight.
• Experience with international cooperation or technical assistance projects preferred.

About the Opportunity

We are creating a pool of Public Finance Reform Experts for a new FWC Contract: EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001. This involves the provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member States. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input on the design of support packages aligned with EU fiscal recommendations.
• Develop reform roadmaps and action plans for the implementation of CSRs.
• Ensure coordination between line ministries and improve oversight structures for fiscal reform.
• Monitor implementation and develop metrics for progress tracking.
