We advise on all aspects of international energy transactions including the regulatory approval process corporate matters engineering procurement and construction contracts longterm offtake agreements and terminal use agreements contracts of carriage by sea supply and transportation agreements operation and maintenance agreements corporate structured and project finance and securities offerings.

Our team also acts on a wide range of disputes including complex highvalue joint venture litigation offshore casualties and regulatory and planning disputes. Responsibilities

• Telephone and physical reception of customers.
• Organization and followup of the managing partners agenda (including keeping and controlling deadlines).
• Management of the assistantship of the managing partner (bilingual assistantship French / English) including legal assistantship.
• Entry of new contracts in the database.
• Organization and followup of marketing communication and business development actions carried out by the managing partner in close collaboration with the competent Department(s) of the London office.
• Administrative tasks related to the human resources of the Paris branch in close collaboration with the Human Resources department (UK HR team) of the London office including : the holding of absences and leave the followup of training obligations the transmission of information and documents relating to recruitment and termination of contracts.
• Lead on / support sustainability activities for the office.

Essential & Desirable Criteria

Fluent French and English are required.
