WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are hiring Consultants based in the EU region to join our Paris Hub. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and executing complex qualitative and quantitative analyses, building tools, synthesizing research into comprehensive summaries, and communicating results.
  2. Preparing client deliverables, including strategy presentation materials, executive memos, and supporting documents; supporting client meetings.
  3. Supporting the project team by developing work plans, identifying bottlenecks, and coordinating with related workstreams and stakeholders.
  4. Supporting business development, recruiting, equity and belonging initiatives, and other priority projects within Camber.
EXCELLENT CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
  1. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Demonstrated interest in global and/or regional social impact sectors.
  3. High emotional intelligence, strong communication, and facilitation skills.
  4. Intellectual curiosity, humility, self-awareness, and a desire for continual improvement and innovation.
  5. Experience or understanding of the communities Camber and our clients serve is a plus but not required.
  6. 25+ years of relevant experience in consulting, working with government agencies, foundations, nonprofits, or the private sector.
  7. Master's degree in a related field (e.g., MPH, MPP, MPA) or equivalent experience.
  8. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This package applies to employees based in France. Compensation and benefits for other EU employees will be adapted to local regulations and standards.

Contract Type: CDI (Contrat à Durée Indéterminée) with Cadre status.

Compensation: Base salary plus annual profit-sharing bonus (prime d'intéressement), totaling between €70,000 and €77,000 annually.

Benefits include:

  • Five weeks of paid vacation (legal minimum) plus RTT days.
  • 50% reimbursement of public transportation costs.
  • Mutuelle and Prévoyance (health insurance).
  • Access to a company savings plan (Plan d’épargne d’Entreprise - PEE).
  • Hybrid working environment; team members are expected to live within commuting distance of Paris.
  • Tech stipend, annual professional development budget, and other benefits.
