Your responsibilities will encompass client relationship management and project delivery with a focus on delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your responsibilities will be organized along the dimensions below :

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients worldwide
• Deeply understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high quality services and meeting commitments

Project Delivery

• Execute and deliver consulting projects
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to guarantee profitability and quality

People Development

• Mentor and develop junior consultants fostering a collaborative and progressive work environment
• Facilitate training and professional development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth

Knowledge Management

• Capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge within the team to ensure better project outcomes
• Leverage best practices and lessons learned from previous engagements
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation within the organization

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate has an academic background from a leading institution in business and/or engineering, including an MBA from a leading University, and will bring a strong track record in strategy consulting. With their expertise, we aim to further establish Talan as a leader in providing innovative client-focused solutions that drive sustainable growth.

More specifically, the required qualities for this position include :

• Demonstrated expertise in project management, process modeling, change management, information systems, and/or a culture of innovation and new technologies (AI, data, etc.)
• Strong customer culture with the ambition to collectively win high-value missions with our clients.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in complex situations.
• Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• High level of professional ethics and reliability.
