What You Will Do

• Consult clients in various parts of their value chain within the Energy Sustainability and Infrastructures segment.
• Work on diverse assignments including corporate strategy, re-organisation, decarbonisation pathways, net-zero business models, regional solutions, digital innovation, hydrogen, renewable markets, offshore grid development, etc.
• Gather and analyze data, conduct industry research, write reports, win tenders, inspire clients, and present findings.
• Learn, be challenged, and develop skills rapidly with formal training programs.
• Contribute to complex projects and manage smaller projects to learn about project management.
• Transition quickly into a professional energy consultant role.

What You Will Need

• Degree from Business or Engineering School or equivalent with focus on energy economics, business management, engineering, science, etc.
• Knowledge of power or gas supply systems, grid integration, digitalization of energy, or power markets preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in related fields or Strategy and Management Consulting.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and personal development.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
• Critical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with elements of electricity and gas value chains.
• Organizational and analytical skills for data collection.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and understand client expectations.
• Comfortable presenting and willing to improve presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit for market growth.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of R or Python is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a bonus.

Nice to Have

• Interest or experience in sustainability, hydrogen economy, energy technologies, renewable energy, distributed generation, etc.
• Extracurricular activities or international experience, including internships or related work experience.
