Résumé du poste:

Votre objectif principal est d’assurer la gestion et la fidélisation d’un portefeuille de clients, essentiellement composé collectivités de toute strate ( villes , EPCI et syndicats ) .

Responsabilité clés:

Après une période de formation à nos outils et à notre métier, vous avez pour missions :

• Accompagner nos clients au quotidien sur l’utilisation de notre solution Saas de gestion de la prospective financière et de gestion de la dette,

• Accompagner nos clients collectivité dans la réalisation de leur prospective financière et leur gestion de la dette .

• Réaliser des rapports d'analyse rétrospective et prospective ainsi que des audits/analyses de la dette

• Présenter les analyses financières et les audits de dette aux responsables financiers, élus ou directions générales, lors de rendez-vous annuels ou en commission des finances

• Proposer des solutions pour optimiser le stock de dette existant (réaménagement, swap, arbitrages, remboursement, pour sécuriser et diversifier la dette du client)

• Identifier et faire remonter les besoins fonctionnels exprimés par les clients ou prospects auprès des équipes produit

• Identifier les besoins additionnels des clients sur les autres services proposés par Finance Active (formation, assistances, ...)

• Participer aux rendez-vous d’avant-vente avec les équipes commerciales

• Assurer des sessions de formation auprès de nos clients sur l’utilisation de nos solutions, ainsi que les formations métiers comprises dans notre catalogue

• Faire de la veille sur l’actualité des finances locales et rédiger des fiches pratiques à destination des clients (fiscalité, évolutions réglementaires, dotations, loi de finances, etc.)

• Porter des projets transversaux (organisation d’événements clients, projets de développements technologiques ponctuels ou récurrents, …)

Compétences clés:

• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’actualité économique et financière, ainsi que les problématiques du secteur public (pilotage financier des collectivités dans un contexte de baisse des dotations, identification des leviers d’actions, …).

• Doté(e) de solides compétences rédactionnelles et d’un esprit d’initiative, vous souhaitez évoluer dans un métier de conseil à forte valeur ajoutée, vous permettant d’affiner votre expertise en analyse financière et de développer ou consolider vos compétences en gestion de la dette.

• Titulaire d’un Master 2 en finance, en secteur public ou dans un domaine connexe, vous êtes basé(e) à Paris ou Lyon et travaillez en présentiel, avec des déplacements réguliers principalement en France.
