Description du poste

In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimising databases. You will bring your technical expertise to ensure the performance, consistency, and evolution of data management systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• SQL Development & Optimisation : Support technical teams in the design and execution of complex SQL queries, ensuring their efficiency and performance.
• Data Consistency & Performance : Ensure the quality, standardisation, and correct sizing of databases based on business needs.
• Data Management Vision : Contribute to defining and implementing the future vision of data management, including NewSQL, OLAP, and Vector technologies.
• Business Support : Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and ensure they comprehend the solutions implemented.
• Documentation : Write clear, structured documentation to describe databases and developments.
• Anomaly & Incident Management : Identify and resolve database malfunctions and proactively manage issues.
• Monitoring & Log Analysis : Set up and monitor advanced dashboards for system monitoring.
• Technical Proposals : Recommend the best architectures, tools, and methodologies for secure, sustainable, and efficient data management.
• Project Development & Evolution : Contribute to the development and evolution of projects related to databases.

Profile Sought : Technical Skills :

• Advanced mastery of SQL queries and SQL model optimisation.
• Proven experience in database administration, including deployment and optimisation.
• Ability to benchmark, deploy, and manage high-performance, scalable databases.
• Knowledge of Clickhouse OLAP DBMS.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Previous experience working with Data technologies TiDB, Redpanda and Weaviate.
• Proficiency using python programming language, exposure to Golang would be a plus
