The Eviden Consulting Service is looking for a Junior Change Management Consultant.

Responsibilities:

To serve our clients, we are recruiting consultants in change management and human resources with a strong digital focus.

You will work with large companies or administrations across various sectors on key digital transformation projects (cloud migration, application design and deployment, RPA, Green IT, dematerialization, new work environments, and collaborative practices).

Examples of activities include:

  • Pre-project phases: visioning seminars, business cases, benchmarking, HR solution selection assistance, process engineering, impact analysis, and change management planning.
  • Operational phases: PMO (agile or traditional methods), functional studies, deployment including international, educational design, training, digital and collaborative communication, sponsor and ambassador engagement, adoption facilitation, etc.

You will contribute to the success of your missions through your listening and communication skills, analytical, synthesis, and adaptation abilities, along with personal commitment and team spirit.

You will also participate in enriching our offerings (market studies, benchmarking) and staying updated on best practices and emerging topics, as well as internal company life.

Based in Lyon, you may be required to undertake missions elsewhere in France and abroad. Remote work is possible up to 50%.

Profile:

  • You have a degree from a top business school, engineering school, IEP, or hold a Master II in Management. You have at least 1 year of successful professional experience in a company or consulting firm related to change management and possibly HR topics.
  • Your English proficiency allows you to operate in an international context.
  • Required qualities include:
    • Listening skills, rigor, and professionalism.
    • Proven organizational and adaptability skills, along with strong team spirit.
    • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
    • High agility given the variety of organizational and technical contexts.
    • Autonomy, dynamism, curiosity, and initiative.
    • A strong interest in daily digital transformation.
