Location Overview :

Based in the 8th arrondissement and within the Parisian Golden Triangle, our office benefits from luxury modern workspaces and is easily accessible by public transport.

The Team :

Global Regulatory Reporting is part of Global Financial Control and is located in multiple countries. The EMEA team for capital reporting currently consists of over 50 people and is expanding.

Role Overview :

This is a role in the Regulatory Reporting team based in Paris. Responsibilities include :

  1. Involvement in the implementation of FRTB rule changes / updates for capital requirements and external reporting scheduled for 2026.
  2. Overseeing the UK and EU capital calculations and reporting of prudentially regulated entities.
  3. Reviewing daily RWA calculations to support management of UK and EU entities.
  4. Collaborating with Front Office and other groups on capital management and RWA efficiencies.
  5. Handling ad-hoc requests from external regulators and internal stakeholders.
  6. Leading the team in identifying and remediating issues impacting the Capital Reporting process.
  7. Initiating technology change to support changing rules and improve efficiency.
  8. Defining data / calculation / reporting requirements for infrastructure projects.

What we are looking for :

  1. Qualified Accountant, CFA or equivalent or relevant degree / experience.
  2. Extensive experience in a prudential regulatory reporting function.
  3. Confident knowledge of the EU and UK regulatory framework, including FRTB.
  4. Experience in CoRep and Pillar 3 disclosures.
  5. Understanding of market risk management concepts.
  6. Knowledge of risk management metrics.
  7. Good product knowledge including payoff types and product features.
  8. Understanding of market conventions and impact of reference data on calculations.
  9. Basic understanding of pricing models and their impact on calculations.
  10. Ability to perform risk drivers analysis and provide commentary on capital changes.
  11. Leadership and influencing skills.
  12. Experience of using Axiom or other vendor regulatory calculation solutions.
