Job Description

We are recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join our team in delivering data projects for clients across the globe. As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will:

1. Work closely with functional consultants and key customer resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and driving independent value through all data project phases.
2. Use your data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess and iterate through design, build, and deployment, ensuring maximum customer value.
3. Execute against best practices for successful business transformation as part of the Syniti Data Migration team.

Responsibilities of a Senior Data Consultant

After an initial training period, a Senior Consultant will be expected to:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Have strong knowledge of technical data structures and definitions in assigned process areas.
• Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools based on provided specifications.
• Contribute to ongoing data migration design through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
• Have experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
• Possess database experience (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
