Job Description

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team, delivering data projects globally. As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will collaborate closely with functional consultants and key client resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and generating value throughout all project phases.

You will leverage your data skills and the Syniti platform to assess, design, build, and deploy solutions, ensuring maximum value for our clients. As part of the Data Migration team, you will follow best practices for successful business transformation and develop expertise in our comprehensive platform to meet diverse client needs.

Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
2. Show proficiency in technical data structures and definitions within assigned process areas.
3. Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools according to specifications.
4. Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
5. Create and maintain data load programs.
6. Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
7. Apply experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
8. Utilize database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
