Job Description

We are recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join our team in delivering data projects for clients across the globe. As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will:

1. Work closely with functional consultants and key customer resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and driving independent value through all data project phases.
2. Utilize your data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess, iterate through design, build, and deployment phases, ensuring maximum customer value.
3. Execute against best practices for successful business transformation as part of the Syniti Data Migration team.
4. Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools based on provided specifications.
5. Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with colleagues.
6. Create and maintain data load programs.
7. Perform end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
8. Possess experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, Data Analysis, and database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
