Job Description

We are recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join our team in delivering data projects for clients across the globe.

As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will:

• Work closely with functional consultants and key customer resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and driving independent value through all data project phases.
• Use your data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess, iterate through design, build, and deployment, ensuring maximum customer value.
• Execute against best practices for successful business transformation as part of the Syniti Data Migration team.

Responsibilities of a Senior Data Consultant

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Show strong knowledge of technical data structures and definitions in assigned process areas.
• Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools according to specifications.
• Contribute to ongoing data migration design through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.

Required Skills and Experience
