Role: Data Consultant

As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will collaborate with functional consultants and client resources, gather requirements, build conversion objects, and generate value through all project phases. You will utilize your data skills and our platform to assess, design, build, and deploy solutions, ensuring maximum customer value. You will also be part of the Data Migration team, following best practices for successful business transformation and mastering our platform to meet client needs.

Responsibilities (after initial training):

1. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
2. Show knowledge of technical data structures and definitions in assigned process areas.
3. Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools based on specifications.
4. Contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
5. Create and maintain data load programs.
6. Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
7. Utilize experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
8. Work with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
