As a Data Consultant, you will collaborate with functional consultants and clients to gather requirements, build conversion objects, and deliver value throughout all project phases. You will utilize your data skills and our platform to design, build, and deploy solutions that maximize customer value.

After training, a Senior Consultant is expected to:

1. Demonstrate understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
2. Show knowledge of technical data structures and definitions in assigned areas.
3. Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools as per specifications.
4. Contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis and collaboration.
5. Create and maintain data load programs.
6. Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliation processes.

Requirements include experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, Data Analysis, and database systems like SQL Server or Oracle.
