Position Overview:

We are recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join our team in delivering data projects for clients worldwide. As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will work closely with functional consultants and key customer resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and driving value through all data project phases. You will utilize your data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess, design, build, and deploy solutions, ensuring maximum customer value.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools as per specifications.
• Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
• Apply experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
• Utilize database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, etc.

Qualifications:

Experience in data migration, ETL, data quality, and database management is required. Strong technical understanding of data structures and definitions is essential. Ability to develop and execute data loads and reconciliations is necessary.
