Role Purpose:

The Construction Discipline Superintendent is responsible for the construction scope of work related to their discipline, ensuring compliance with project HSSE, quality, and schedule requirements as defined in the construction execution plan (CEP). They manage their team of supervisors and interface with quality verification inspectors for their discipline.

Role Contributions:

1. Safety: Provide leadership to ensure HSSE plan understanding and implementation by supervisors. Effectiveness measured by group and project HSSE targets being met.
2. Quality: Lead the site quality verification team, ensure understanding and implementation of the quality plan, and meet group/project quality targets without violations of the Group Quality Golden Rule.
3. Mechanical Completion (A-Scope): Ensure supervisors and inspectors are familiar with SBM construction and completion processes, monitor yard productivity and manpower, review and approve construction procedures, ensure ITP adherence, review and approve quality verification documentation, maintain as-built dossiers, ensure discipline inspection test reports are compiled and logged, interface with supply chain for materials, and assist with material inspections. Effectiveness measured by project milestone achievement and feedback from the construction manager.
