SERVPRO is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration projects after disasters, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. You will oversee all phases from initiation to completion, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to hit milestones.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of construction PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with project management software and MS Office. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
