Turner & Townsend based in Paris seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site delivery of tertiary sector projects, focusing on office renovations up to €1M. The role is based in France and reports to the Project Lead/Director.

You will manage budgets, schedules, stakeholders, coordinate contractors, ensure safety and quality, and drive close-out with CBRE standards and client satisfaction. Fluent in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in renovation of office spaces.
• Knowledge of regulations for workspace layouts.
• Ability to manage projects up to €1M.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site construction activities from design through handover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, profitability targets and risk plans.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and client reps.
• Organise progress meetings and distribute project documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality and CBRE standards on site.
