Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to join our crew. This role involves supporting various phases of construction projects, including site preparation, clean-up, and assisting skilled trades as needed. If you’re physically fit, safety-focused, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload construction materials
• Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures
• Assist with demolition
• Operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.)
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers

Requirements:

• Previous construction or general labor experience but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Basic understanding of construction tools and safety practices
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
