Nijhuis Saur Industries is a global leader in water and wastewater treatment technologies, resource recovery, and sustainable energy generation.

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator / Site Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale industrial investment located in the Dunafldvr area in Central Hungary, approximately 100 km south of Budapest. The project involves coordination of multidisciplinary works onsite, ensuring high standards of compliance with the project schedule and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Onsite coordination of subcontractors and suppliers across disciplines
• Monitoring daily progress and reporting to the clients central project team (NICE)
• Oversight of site organization, health & safety, and technical supervision
• Acceptance and verification of construction works
• Supervision of deliveries and acceptance of materials
• Preparation and ongoing management of construction documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience in site management or construction coordination, ideally in industrial or infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and construction logistics
• Familiarity with technical drawings and construction standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills
• Fluency in English is required; Hungarian and/or Polish would be a strong asset
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve issues onsite
