Within the Corporate Finance Division, join our dynamic Consolidation team where you'll play a crucial role in managing financial reporting for a portfolio of legal entities within Sanofi's global network.
We are looking for a Consolidation Analyst reporting to a Consolidation Manager, part of a team of 15 within the Consolidation organization, which is part of Group Finance, to embark on this extraordinary journey.
This role offers a challenging day-to-day experience with countries and corporate functions (Controlling, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Investor Relations, Internal Control, etc.) and provides a unique perspective over the entire Sanofi Group.
Key responsibilities
As a Consolidation Analyst, you will be the primary contact for approximately 35-40 legal entities within your scope.
You will participate in the end-to-end financial consolidation process for your zone, preparing quarterly, half-yearly, and annual Group financial statements for market publication, and provide monthly analysis of the Group's financial statements to Top Management.
You will engage in transversal technical analyses, such as IFRS 2 valuation, intangible assets, financial investments, etc.
You will actively participate in optimizing the Group reporting process through continuous improvement, providing feedback and innovative ideas.
You will contribute to M&A projects, including PPA, financial integration, and supporting local teams in accounting for disposed or acquired businesses and assets.
You will assist in implementing system upgrades or replacements.
You are a highly qualified professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 2 to 3 years of finance experience.
