Job Description:

Olcani RH, a specialized and independent recruitment agency, is seeking on behalf of a client, a medical software publisher, a bilingual English Level 2 Support Technician for a permanent contract (CDI).

Reporting to the support manager, you will provide functional and technical assistance to users to ensure the proper operation of healthcare facilities. Your Level 2 qualification enables you to handle more technical issues such as system administration and writing SQL queries.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing corrective maintenance on healthcare establishments
• Providing support to users and transferring necessary skills for proper product use
• Performing server maintenance operations as per client maintenance contracts
• Monitoring medical devices and cybersecurity

Requirements include a minimum of Bac+2 in IT, with proven experience as a support technician, ideally in a software publishing company. Key qualities include teamwork, information management, analytical skills, organization, proactive approach, and customer service orientation.

This position requires fluent English, both written and spoken, for an international clientele.

Annual gross salary ranges from €33,000 to €40,000 plus benefits, including telecommuting or full remote work.
