Position Summary

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat by providing information, reassurance, and advice. Be an ambassador by finding the right solutions and making each interaction positive and memorable. Ready for a new challenge? Join us!

Responsibilities

• Undergo a training program combining theory and practice, integrated into the employment contract.
• Gradually join a team of about fifteen colleagues and a team leader who supports you daily.
• Build trust, communicate professionally, and adapt to each client’s needs.
• Offer additional services to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
• Opportunities for internal advancement are available for motivated and high-performing individuals.

Profile

• Previous experience in customer relations preferred.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, tech-savvy, connected, and digital-minded.
• Friendly, service-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Patient, attentive, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
• Motivated to learn and succeed in this role.

Additional Information

• Working hours from 7 AM to 11 PM, with weekly rotations that may evolve.
• Variable training duration depending on the assignment.
• Clients in transportation, energy, healthcare, retail, banking, travel, and online betting sectors.
• Salary: €1801.80 plus a monthly variable up to €300, meal vouchers worth €10 (60% employer contribution), and health insurance.
• 50% reimbursement of transportation costs.
